Based in Germany, Leigh Theodore Vlassis has a Diplom.-Ing. Architektur from the University of Stuttgart and completed his Bachelors of Architecture in England and Australia. Leigh is a freelance architectural journalist and German to English translator - previously Content Manager for an online architecture / interior design / construction platform, and also German correspondent for A10 new European architecture magazine. He has also worked for publications such as Wallpaper* magazine in London, and uncube magazine in Berlin.

Leigh is thoroughly interested in writing about all areas of architecture and design - including urban design their environments, landscape architecture, and is a strong advocate for new technologies and innovations within building design and construction. Developing new concepts (ie material exploration, façade experimentation and redefining urban landscapes), as well as exploring urban living conditions and engaging with people about architecture and design are all important topics for Leigh.

He enjoys speaking publicly, regularly attends press launches and releases for the latest updates in the architecture and design world and is familiar with interviewing architects and designers for article pieces.
